We are lucky to have some amazing artists on our doorstep and some have provided artwork to adorn our walls as well as provide the amazing wall art and blackboard designs you see at our cafe.
Rilia Varandas
Illustrator
Rilia is a Brazilian designer based in the pretty village of Rowlands Castle. Her love for English architecture and daily life is showcased in her work. All her travels and love for photography influenced her eclectic taste and different medium such as ink, watercolour, chalk and digital art.
For many years she produced interior design drawings, and now works with a variety of illustration commissions. Rilia loves working with individuals who desire a unique art piece to tell their story. Nothing gives her greater joy than seeing her clients vision coming true from her design ideas.

Andrea Martin
Artist
Andrea is a local artist and you may have seen some of her pen drawings on the Bumblebee Café walls. Her creations are often inspired by nature and animals, aiming to express character and humour in her work. She enjoys using a variety of mediums from fine pen drawings to acrylic and oils on canvas.
Achieving a BA Hons in illustration in 1993. Andrea worked as an Editorial Artist for The News. before embarking on a career producing design and animations for websites. In 2003 she created her freelance business, 'Amidesign' where her work featured in many publications. Andrea embarked on her first Emsworth Art Trail in 2017 and produced her new website www.theartzoo.co.uk. She has since exhibited at Arundel Gallery Trail, St Hubert's Church, The Oxmarket, Art Wittering, Emsworth Art Trail and Stansted Garden Show.

You can simply walk in and choose where to sit. But we do get busy, so for larger groups feel free to book a table.
